I'm removing the sissy bar and passenger seat from my Savage. I'm going to have a single seat. I like the look. I am replacing the fender rails with the 1997 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500A rails. I'm having body work done to the back fender (relocated the regulator) so I didn't have to worry about matching up the bolt holes. The body guy will fill in the old holes and make the new ones when he does the body work. I didn't like the unfinished look of cutting down the fender rails from the Savage when I took out the sissy bar. The fender rails are not curved as much as the Savage but they'll do. I wanted to complete the look so didn't want to go without rails.
